1. Each course of instruction shall consist of approximately 40- 60 hours of classroom instruction including both practicum and theory.

A. Two days of observation during procedures

B. Classroom instruction with manual, including sterilization

C. 'One on one' hands on instruction with equipment

D. Hands on practice lab with pigs ears

E. Copies of all forms:

* Consultation/client history

* Release/consent

* Technician worksheet/client record

* Before and after home care

* Marketing materials

F. Information for:

* Insurance

* Manufacturers

* Professional Organizations

2. Each procedure taught, eyebrows, eyeliner, and lipcolor will consist of:

A. A complete procedure of each demonstrated by the instructor (on instructor's client)

B. One to two procedures of each by the student

** student will furnish their own models and will work on

each other. Instructor will provide models when students

are from out of state.

3. A complete procedure shall include:

* client assessment when scheduling

* completion of client history and consent form

* set up of a sterile work area

* procedure from start to finish

* clean up of work station

* photographs of client before and after procedure

* after home care instructions

4. The trainer will be available for post graduate support.

5. Total price of beginner course includes a basic tattoo kit:

Traditional coil machine and power pack, needles, tubes with grips, basic

Pigments, miscellaneous supplies and course instruction manual.

Class seating is limited. Application and tuition received 30 days prior to

class will reserve your date.
